Under the Telangana Scheduled Castes Co-Operative Development Corporation Limited initiative, a training and placement program was successfully conducted for 520 youth. The Residential program provided comprehensive training, equipping the participants with the necessary skills to secure employment in their respective fields. The candidates who completed the training and secured placements expressed their gratitude and satisfaction. Under the Telangana State Minorities Finance Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad initiative, a Non-Residential Training and Placement Program was successfully conducted for 120 youth across rural districts. Participants were trained in Customer Care Executive – Non Voice, Tally, and Teaching Training courses. The program equipped them with essential skills, enabling 100% placement across various organizations. The beneficiaries expressed gratitude, highlighting how the training boosted their confidence and facilitated a smooth transition into their careers. Families also appreciated the initiative, noting improved financial stability and a positive impact on their livelihoods.
